  • Eine abgeschlossene gewerblich-technische Berufsausbildung und/oder Weiterbildung zum:r geprüften Polier:in (m/w/d) mit Meisterbrief oder zum:r Werkpolier:in (m/w/d)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Straßen- und/oder Tiefbau Gute Kenntnisse im Thema Arbeitsschutz/Arbeitssicherheit auf der Baustelle Führerschein Klasse B Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office) Zuverlässigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität Durchsetzungsvermögen, Führungskompetenz und Teamgeist

  • Planung, Steuerung und Organisation des Bauablaufs Erfassung und Dokumentation zusätzlicher bzw. abweichender Leistungen Einsatzplanung für eigenes und externes Personal Dokumentation der Arbeitszeiten und Entlohnung Vermessungs- und Absteckarbeiten auf der Baustelle Unterstützung der Bauleitung im Kontakt mit Bauherrn und Behörden Teilnahme an Abstimmungen mit Bauleitung und Subunternehmen Führung des Bautagebuchs Materialbedarf planen, Beschaffung und Lieferung koordinieren Kontrolle der Unterlagen von Subunternehmen Sicherstellung von Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz
