  • Eine abgeschlossene gewerblich-technische Berufsausbildung und/oder Weiterbildung zum:r geprüften Polier:in (m/w/d) mit Meisterbrief oder zum:r Werkpolier:in (m/w/d)
  • Erfahrung im Ausbilden von jungen Menschen und Freude im Umgang mit Auszubildenden (m/w/d)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Thema Arbeitsschutz/Arbeitssicherheit auf der Baustelle
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office)
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen, Führungskompetenz und Teamgeist

Ihr Beitrag bei uns

  • Abgeschlossene gewerblich-technische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum:r Werkpolier:in, geprüften Polier:in oder Meister:in
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Erfahrung und Freude an der Ausbildung und Betreuung von Auszubildenden
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutz auf Baustellen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie Führerschein Klasse B
  • Hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität
  • Ausgeprägte Führungsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamgeist
