  • Abgeschlossene gewerblich-technische Berufsausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik sowie Weiterbildung zum:zur Geprüften Polier:in, Meister:in oder Techniker:in Sicherer Umgang mit PC und Tablet sowie Führerschein der Klasse B Erfahrung in der Führung von Baustellen, Mitarbeitenden und Nachunternehmern sowie der Koordination verschiedener Gewerke Teamorientierte, engagierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise Fortbildung zum:zur Geprüften Polier:in oder Werkpolier:in Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Polier:in oder Werkpolier:in Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Kritikfähigkeit sowie Hands-on-Mentalität und Macherqualitäten
  • Ihr Beitrag bei uns
  • Führung und Koordination von Mitarbeitenden und Nachunternehmern sowie Organisation des Bauablaufs Unterstützung der Bauleitung im Austausch mit Bauherren und Behörden, Teilnahme an Baubesprechungen sowie Führung des Bautagebuchs Bedarfsermittlung, Bestellung, Disposition und Überwachung von Material einschließlich An- und Rücklieferungen Sicherstellung der Qualitätsstandards sowie Umsetzung von Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutzmaßnahmen Projektgerechte Vorbereitung und Abwicklung von Baustellen Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung der Baudurchführung Wirtschaftliche Einsatzplanung von Personal, Geräten und Material Umsetzung von Maßnahmen der Arbeitssicherheit und des Gesundheitsschutzes Unterstützung der Arbeitsvorbereitung bezgl. der Bauverfahren und Umsetzung der LEAN-Methoden Überwachung von Nachunternehmern hinsichtlich Qualität und Termintreue
