- Eine abgeschlossene gewerblich-technische Berufsausbildung und/oder Weiterbildung zum:r geprüften Polier:in (m/w/d) mit Meisterbrief oder zum:r Werkpolier:in (m/w/d)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position
- Führerschein Klasse B
- Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office)
- Teamfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie eine engagierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise runden Ihr Profil ab
### Ihr Beitrag bei uns
- Planung und Steuerung der Baudurchführung
- Erfassung und Dokumentation von Nachtrags- und Zusatzleistungen
- Einsatzplanung für Eigen- und Fremdpersonal
- Führung der Lohn- und Leistungsaufzeichnungen
- Durchführung von Vermessungs- und Absteckungsarbeiten
- Unterstützung der Bauleitung bei Bauherren- und Behördenkontakten
- Teilnahme an Baubesprechungen zur Sicherstellung des Bauablaufs
- Führung des Bautagebuchs
- Materialbedarfsplanung, Beschaffung und Disposition
- Kontrolle der Arbeitspapiere von Subunternehmen
- Umsetzung von Arbeitssicherheits- und Gesundheitsschutzmaßnahmen
