Wir suchen zum nächst möglichen Zeitpunkt

Polier/in - Tiefbau (m/w/d)

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Steuerung und Überwachung von Baumaßnahmen vor Ort in Abstimmung mit unseren Bauleitern
  • Koordinierung und Überwachung von Nachunternehmerleistungen
  • Kosten- und Qualitätskontrolle
  • Planung und Steuerung des Personal-, Geräte- und Materialeinsatzes
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Baugewerbe z.B. Vorarbeiter oder Polier
  • Selbständiges, umsichtiges und verantwortungsbewusstes Arbeiten
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
  • Führungskompetenz
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Tief- und Straßenbau von Vorteil
  • Auch Berufseinsteiger bekommen bei uns eine Chance
