Wir achten darauf Aufträge ausschließlich aus der Region anzunehmen, damit ein täglicher Feierabend der Mitarbeiter daheim garantiert ist. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt motivierte und zuverlässige Poliere / Vorarbeiter*innen (m/w/d)

IHRE TÄTIGKEITEN:

  • Koordination und Organisation der Baustelle in Abstimmung mit der Bauleitung
  • Führen des Baustellenpersonals (Eigenpersonal und Nachunternehmer )
  • Gewährleistung eines termin-, qualitäts- und kostengerechten Bauablaufs
  • Sicherstellung der Arbeitssicherheit und des Gesundheitsschutzes vor Ort
