## Deine Aufgaben

  • Leitung der Eigenleistungsarbeiten unserer Fachkolonnen
  • Wirtschaftliche Einsatzplanung von Personal und Geräten
  • Eigenständige Disposition von Liefermaterialien
  • Überwachung und Steuerung der Nachunternehmer
  • Erstellung von Handaufmaßen und Abrechnungsskizzen
  • Umsetzung von Maßnahmen der Arbeitssicherheit und des Umweltschutzes

## Dein Profil

  • Eine abgeschlossene Polierausbildung oder langjährige Berufserfahrung
  • Berufserfahrung als Polier\*in in der Abwicklung von Projekten im Tiefbau- und Straßenbau
  • Erfahrung im Asphaltstraßenbau
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Abrechnungsgrundlagen
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Vermessungstechnik und Tiefbaugeräten
  • Grundwissen im Bauvertragswesen Ergebnisorientierte Handlungsweise und Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung
