Polier (m/w/d)

Unsere vielfältigen Aufgaben für Sie

  • Organisatorische Abwicklung der Arbeiten auf den Baustellen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Bauleitung nach VOB und aktuellen Normen
  • Koordination der Nachunternehmerleistungen
  • Qualitätskontrolle für Eigen- und Nachunternehmerleistungen
  • Ablauf- und Terminkontrolle der einzelnen Bauprozesse im Roh-/Schlüsselfertigbau
  • Planung des Baustellenablaufes für Personal-, Geräte- und Materialeinsatz
  • Kontakt mit Architekten und Bauherren
  • Ihre Voraussetzungen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum geprüften Polier, Werkpolier Hochbau oder zum Meister im Bereich Maurer/-in oder Betonbauer/-in
  • Berufserfahrung in der Abwicklung von Hochbau-Projekten
  • Kenntnisse der für den Hochbau relevanten Normen, Vorschriften und Richtlinien
  • Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Koordinationsgeschick und Durchsetzungskraft
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit, Engagement und Begeisterungsfähigkeit
