## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Organisatorische Steuerung der Baumaßnahme in Abstimmung mit der Bauleitung
  • Arbeitsvorbereitung und termingerechte Materialwirtschaft
  • Einteilung des eigenen und fremden Baustellenpersonals
  • Teilnahme an Baustellenbesprechungen
  • Umsetzung von Maßnahmen der Arbeitssicherheit und des Gesundheitsschutzes

## Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossener Polierlehrgang oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Polier (m/w/d) im Bereich Rohbau
  • Gültige Fahrerlaubnis der Klasse B
  • Teamfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Selbständige, lösungsorientierte und engagierte Arbeitsweise
