  • einen erfahrenen Polier oder Werkpolier (m/w/d)
  • Schwerpunkt Asphaltbau

Ihre Aufgabe:

  • Zielorientierte, projektgerechte Vorbereitung und Abwicklung der Baustellen
  • Führen der eigenen Kolonne unter Berücksichtigung wirtschaftlicher und qualitativer Aspekte
  • Planung von Einsatz Personal, Geräte und Material
  • Überwachung und Koordination von Nachunternehmen
  • Unterstützung der Bauleitung in Abrechnung- und Aufmaßerstellung

Ihre Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Polier/Werkpolier (m/w/d) im Bereich Tiefbau
  • Idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Asphalteinbau
  • Engagement und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität
  • Führerschein Klasse 3 oder B oder C1 oder BE oder C1E oder CE
