Dann komm zu uns als Polier (m/w/d)

Standort: Magdeburg

  • Du behältst auf der Baustelle den Überblick, organisierst Abläufe und führst dein Team mit Erfahrung und Durchsetzungskraft?
  • Dann werde Teil der KAFRIL Unternehmensgruppe.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Organisation und Abwicklung von Baustellen im Erdbau und/oder Abbruch
  • Führung und Koordination des gewerblichen Personals
  • Planung und Steuerung des Personal- und Maschineneinsatzes
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität, Terminen und Arbeitssicherheit
  • Baustellendokumentation sowie Abstimmung mit Bauleitung, Auftraggebern und Nachunternehmern
  • Einhaltung aller gesetzlichen und sicherheitsrelevanten Vorschriften

Das bringst du mit

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Erdbau oder Abbruch – idealerweise in beiden Bereichen
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bauausführung
  • Organisationsstärke, Führungskompetenz und technisches Verständnis
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamgeist
  • Führerschein Klasse B (weitere Klassen von Vorteil)
