### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Organisation und Überwachung der Baustellen im Bereich Rohbau / Hochbau
  • Führung und Koordination des Baustellenteams sowie der Nachunternehmer
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Bauablaufs in Abstimmung mit der Bauleitung
  • Kontrolle der Ausführung nach Plänen, Terminen und Qualitätsvorgaben
  • Verantwortung für die Arbeitssicherheit und Einhaltung der Vorschriften auf der Baustelle
  • Materialdisposition und Baustelleneinrichtung
  • Dokumentation des Baufortschritts und tägliche Abstimmung mit der Projektleitung

### Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung im Bauwesen , z. B. als Maurer, Betonbauer o. ä.
  • Idealerweise mit Polierausbildung oder mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung als Vorarbeiter / Polier
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Rohbau, Beton- und Stahlbetonbau
  • Organisationsgeschick, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Führerschein Klasse B
