Für unser Team in Bad Oeynhausen suchen wir Dich ab sofort als Polier (m/w/d) im Bereich Tiefbau.

### Deine Aufgaben

  • Leitung des operativen Geschäftes vor Ort im Bereich Tiefbau
  • Qualitätskontrolle
  • Terminkontrolle und -überwachung
  • Koordination der Nachunternehmer
  • Führung der Mitarbeitenden

### Deine Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene gewerbliche Berufsausbildung
  • Weiterbildung zum Polier oder Schachtmeister (m/w/d)
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung wünschenswert
  • Selbstständige und engagierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
