Unser Partner ist ein wachstarkes Unternehmen im erdverlegten Rohrleitungsbau mit Fokus auf Fernwärme-, Gas- und Wassernetze. Für den weiteren Ausbau der Baustellenteams werden Poliere / Vorarbeiter (m/w/d) für den Standort Dortmund gesucht.

# Ihr zukünftiges Aufgabengebiet

  • Organisation und Steuerung von Baustellen im Tief- und Rohrleitungsbau
  • Führung und Koordination von Kolonnen auf der Baustelle
  • Einteilung von Personal sowie Steuerung von Nachunternehmern
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität, Terminen und Arbeitssicherheit
  • Unterstützung bei Aufmaß, Dokumentation und Abrechnung
  • Abstimmung mit Bauleitung und Auftraggebern vor Ort

# Ihr Profil

  • Ausbildung im Tiefbau, Rohrleitungsbau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Baustellenerfahrung, idealerweise mit erster Führungsverantwortung
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Rohrleitungsbau, Fernwärme, Gas- oder Wassernetze von Vorteil
  • Praxisnahe Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie Teamfähigkeit
  • Deutschkenntnisse zur sicheren Verständigung im Baustellenalltag
