Sie sind ein Organisationstalent mit Überblick und Erfahrung auf der Baustelle? Sie haben Freude daran, Projekte zu leiten, Menschen zu führen und Abläufe zu koordinieren? Dann sind Sie bei uns genau richtig –  werden Sie geprüfter Polier (m/w/d)  bei der bendl HTS !!

### Ihre Aufgaben im Überblick:

  • Verantwortung für die Organisation und den reibungslosen Ablauf auf der Baustelle
  • Unterstützung der Bauleitung und Kommunikation über alle relevanten Vorgänge
  • Anleiten und Einteilen von Fachkräften
  • Schulung und Förderung des eigenen Teams
  • Einrichtung und Koordination von Baustellen
  • Prüfen von Bauzeichnungen sowie Erkennen von Nachträgen oder Planungsabweichungen
  • Materialorganisation und Planung der Bauabschnitte
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität, Terminen, Arbeitssicherheit und Umweltschutz
  • Führung des Bautagebuchs

### Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bauhauptgewerbe
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum geprüften Polier
  • Fundierte Fachkenntnisse im Mauerwerksbau
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit
  • Führerschein Klasse B
