## Ihre Tätigkeit:

  • Abwicklung und Koordinierung der gesamten Baustelle in Abstimmung mit der Bauleitung
  • Führung des Baustellenpersonals
  • Personal- und Geräteplanung
  • Zielgerechte Bedarfsermittlung und Bestellung von Schüttgütern und weiteren Materialien
  • Überwachung der Qualitätsanforderungen
  • Koordination von Nachunternehmern
  • Erstellung des Berichtswesens
  • Umsetzung der Arbeitssicherheit und des Gesundheitsschutzes

## Sie bringen mit:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Werkpolier, geprüften Polier oder Meister
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Vorarbeiter oder Schachtmeister im Tief- und Straßenbau von Vorteil
  • Eine gewissenhafte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise setzen wir ebenso voraus wie Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
  • Ein hohes Maß an Loyalität und Zuverlässigkeit
