### Polier / Vorarbeiter Betonbau (m/w/d) -gerne mit Kolonne-

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Operative Leitung von Baustellen für Brücken, Eisenbahnüberführungen, Kläranlagen und sonstigen Ingenieurbauwerken
  • Koordination und Überwachung von Nachunternehmern in Zusammenarbeit mit der Bauleitung
  • Personalführung
  • Einhaltung und Prüfung unserer hohen Qualitätsstandards
  • Wirtschaftliche Umsetzung von Bauprojekten
  • Organisation und Überwachung der Baustellenabsicherung
  • Kontakt mit Bauherrn/ Ingenieurbüros/ Behörden/ Anwohnern

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfahrung bei der Leitung von Betonbaustellen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Bauleitung
  • Erfahrung und Routine im Betonbau und im Einsatz unterschiedlicher Schalsysteme
  • Teamgeist und Loyalität zu den Mitarbeitern und zum Unternehmen
  • Eigenverantwortliche, zielorientierte, flexible und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch
  • Hohe Zuverlässigkeit und ausgeprägter Teamgeist
  • Führerschein Klasse B/BE
