- Verantwortliche Abwicklung von Baustellen in Abstimmung mit der Bauleitung
- Teamführung des Baustellenpersonals
- Organisation und Koordination der Arbeitsabläufe
Ihr Profil
- Meisterbrief im Maurer- und/oder Stahlbetonbauerhandwerk, abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Polier oder langjährige Berufserfahrung mit leitender Position auf den Baustellen
- Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
