  • Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig! Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Polier/ Vorarbeiter (m/w/d) , der unsere Baustellen im Bauhauptgewerbe souverän führt, das Team motiviert und für reibungslose Abläufe sorgt.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Leitung und Organisation von Baustellen im Hoch- oder Tiefbau
  • Koordination von Mitarbeitern, Subunternehmern und Nachunternehmern
  • Sicherstellung von Termin-, Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards
  • Materialdisposition und Einsatzplanung von Maschinen und Geräten
  • Umsetzung von Bauplänen und Kontrolle der Bauausführung
  • Ansprechpartner für Kunden, Bauleitung und Projektleitung

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bauwesen (z. B. Maurer, Betonbauer)
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Polier oder Vorarbeiter
  • Führungserfahrung und Teamfähigkeit
  • Organisationsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Kenntnisse in Arbeitssicherheit und Bauvorschriften
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
