Gesucht: Polier / Werkpolier (m/w/d) im Tief-/Gleisbau

### Ihr Aufgabengebiet besteht aus …

  • Leiten der Arbeitsprozesse auf der Baustelle
  • Überwachung der fachgerechten Ausführung der Bauarbeiten für kommunale und industrielle Bauprojekte
  • zielgerechtes Einsetzen und Führen der Mitarbeiter, Geräte und Maschinen
  • Baustellenvorbereitung mit dem Bauleiter
  • Durchsetzung und Überwachung der Arbeitssicherheit

### Wir erwarten:

  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Gleis- bzw. Tiefbauer (m/w/d)
  • abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Polier / Werkpolier (m/w/d)
  • strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Koordinationsgeschick und Durchsetzungskraft
  • Motivation, Flexibilität, Führungsqualitäten und Belastbarkeit
  • Führerschein Klasse B
