Wir sind ein solides, inhabergeführtes Bauunternehmen und stehen für Qualität, Zuverlässigkeit und echtes Teamwork auf unseren Baustellen. Um unsere erfolgreichen Projekte auch in Zukunft termingerecht und in bester Qualität zu realisieren, suchen wir Verstärkung.

Ab sofort suchen wir einen erfahrenen und motivierten Polier / Werkpolier / Vorarbeiter im Hochbau (m/w/d) in Festanstellung für unsere Projekte in Berlin und Umgebung.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Baustellenleitung: Eigenverantwortliche Abwicklung, Koordination und Überwachung unserer Bauprojekte in Berlin.
  • Teamführung: Führung, Einteilung und Motivation des Baustellenteams sowie Koordination von Subunternehmern.
  • Qualität & Termine: Sicherstellung der qualitäts-, termin- und kostengerechten Ausführung aller Arbeiten.
  • Organisation: Materialdisposition, Bautagebuchführung und enge Abstimmung mit der Bauleitung.

Ihr Profil:

  • Qualifikation: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bauhandwerk mit Weiterbildung zum Polier, Werkpolier oder Meister.
  • Erfahrung: Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Führungsposition auf der Baustelle.
  • Kompetenz: Durchsetzungsvermögen, Organisationsgeschick, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit.
  • Mobilität: Führerschein der Klasse B ist zwingend erforderlich.
