### Polierer (m/w/d)

### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Koordination der Baustelle vor Ort und Dokumentation des Baufortschritts
  • Auswahl und Beurteilung der bautechnischen Verfahren im Hochbau
  • Planung und Steuerung des gesamten Personal-, Geräte- und Materialeinsatzes auf der Baustelle
  • Bestellung von Baustoffen und Verwaltung von Material und Geräten
  • Kontrolle der Subunternehmen auf Einhaltung von Qualität und Terminen
  • Sicherstellung der Maßnahmen des Arbeitsschutzes sowie des Umwelt- und Gesundheitsschutzes

### Ihre Qualifikation:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Polier – Berufserfahrung ist wünschenswert, aber nicht Voraussetzung
  • Unternehmerisches Handeln, Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Flexibilität und Leistungsbereitschaft
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen, Teamfähigkeit und Führungskompetenz
  • Technisches Verständnis und hoher Qualitätsanspruch
  • Führerschein
