Deine Aufgaben

  • Aktive Rekrutierung polnischer Hilfs-, und Fachkräfte
  • Bewerberansprache & Bewerbermanagement
  • Durchführung von Interviews (telefonisch / online)
  • Betreuung von Kandidaten während des gesamten Vermittlungsprozesses
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Kundenunternehmen
  • Pflege von Bewerberdatenbanken
  • Unterstützung bei administrativen HR-Prozessen

Dein Profil

  • Sehr gute Polnisch- und Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B2)
  • Erfahrung im Recruiting / HR / Personalwesen von Vorteil
  • Kommunikationsstärke & Organisationstalent
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Teamfähigkeit & interkulturelle Kompetenz
