Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab September einen engagierten Recruiter (m/w/d) für die Personaldienstleistung.

## Deine Aufgaben:

  • Aktive Rekrutierung von gewerblich-technischen Fachkräften sowie Pflegekräften
  • Schaltung und Betreuung von Stellenanzeigen auf verschiedenen Jobportalen und Social-Media-Kanälen
  • Führen von telefonischen und persönlichen Bewerbungsgesprächen
  • Betreuung der Bewerber vom Erstkontakt bis zur Einstellung
  • Aufbau und Pflege eines Bewerberpools
  • Kommunikation mit Bewerbern und Mitarbeitern in deutscher und polnischer Sprache
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Vertrieb zur Besetzung offener Kundenanfragen

## Dein Profil:

  • Sehr gute Polnischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (zwingend erforderlich)
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Recruiting oder in der Personaldienstleistung
  • Quereinsteiger mit Organisationstalent und Kommunikationsstärke sind ebenfalls willkommen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Freundliches Auftreten sowie Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
