Auckland | minimum 40 hours per week | Permanent

L ead from the front in a hands-on account management role in our Pool Valet team. This is not a desk-based Account Manager role. Deliver specialist work and exceptional client service, coordinate efficient and profitable service delivery, and develop the technical knowledge and capability of the teams. Maintain healthy, well-presented pools while strengthening client relationships and growing revenue from existing and new clients.

The role

Provide exceptional service to existing and potential clients, meeting their priorities and expectations.

Deliver quality services, jobs and renovations on time and within budget, with minimal rework.

Improve operational efficiency, team productivity and utilisation.

Build personal, team and divisional capability through training and coaching.

Contribute to a positive culture and a health and safety-first mindset.

Generate profitable revenue through new business and additional services for existing clients.

About You

You have strong technical skills working hands-on in pool valet, with a minimum of 3 years experience. This is an opportunity to utilise your leadership, coordination and communication skills. You thrive on being able to build strong relationships and finding win-win solutions for clients and staff.

You take ownership of your work, enjoy sharing your knowledge, and have a positive attitude.
