YOUR MISSION

Your Responsibilities:

• •Lead, mentor, and develop the Retouching and QA teams
• •Define and maintain post-production workflows, quality standards, and best practices
• •Ensure consistent image quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of all assets
• •Manage team capacity, workload distribution, and production priorities
• •Drive continuous improvement of post-production processes and efficiencies
• •Promote the adoption of AI-supported retouching and image production workflows
• •Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve quality, scalability, and speed
• •Collaborate closely with Art Direction, Photography, Styling, and Production teams
• •Monitor quality performance and implement corrective actions when needed
• •Act as the key contact for all post-production related topics

YOUR TALENT

Your Talent:

• •5+ years of experience in post-production, image management, or retouching
• •Strong leadership and people management skills
• •Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and image production workflows
• •Understanding of AI-powered retouching and image enhancement technologies
• •Strong eye for detail, quality, and consistency
• •Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment
• •Proactive, solution-oriented, and innovation-driven mindset
