Job Description:

Buscamos un Practicante de Abastecimientos proactivo y con ganas de aprender para unirse a nuestro equipo en Fábricas Monterrey. Esta posición es ideal para estudiantes o recién graduados interesados en adquirir experiencia práctica en la gestión de la cadena de suministro, asistiendo en la compra de bienes y servicios para nuestras operaciones.

  • Responsabilidades del Puesto
  • * Apoyar en la búsqueda, evaluación y selección de proveedores.
  • * Colaborar en la preparación y gestión de órdenes de compra.
  • * Asistir en el seguimiento de entregas y el aseguramiento del cumplimiento de los plazos.
  • * Participar en la gestión y actualización de la base de datos de proveedores.
  • * Ayudar en la conciliación de facturas y resolución de discrepancias.
  • * Realizar análisis básicos de mercado para identificar nuevas oportunidades de abastecimiento.
  • * Colaborar con otros departamentos para asegurar el flujo eficiente de materiales y servicios.
  • * Mantener la documentación de abastecimientos organizada y actualizada.

Cualificaciones del Puesto

  • * Estudiante activo o recién egresado de carreras como Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas, Comercio Internacional o afines.
  • * Interés genuino en el área de la cadena de suministro y abastecimientos.
  • * Dominio intermedio de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • * Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y buenas habilidades de comunicación.
  • * Proactividad, organización y atención al detalle.
  • * Disponibilidad para cumplir con un horario de prácticas establecido.
  • * (Deseable) Conocimiento básico de sistemas ERP.
