Full Time, Exempt

Key Responsibilities

• •Lead clinic staff to deliver a high-quality patient experience and outcomes
• •Hire, train, schedule, and manage staff performance and engagement
• •Support providers through effective communication and coordination of care
• •Oversee daily operations, staffing, and patient access
• •Ensure compliance with operational standards, policies, and EHR use
• •Manage practice performance, including financials, work queues, and key metrics
• •Drive patient experience, quality improvement, and growth initiatives
• •Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education: High school Diploma or equivalent

Experience : 1 year experience in supervisory role in physician clinic setting

Skills, Knowledge Abilities:

Leadership: Ability to inspire and motivate caregivers to achieve practice goals.

Problem-solving: Capacity to identify issues and implement effective solutions.

Communication: Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.

Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and other stakeholders.

Time Management: Efficiently prioritize tasks and manage competing priorities.

Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and environments.

Education : Bachelors degree
