### Deine Aufgaben

  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Praktikanten- und Werkstudentenverträgen sowie unterstützende Begleitung des gesamten Einstellungsprozesses
  • Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Nachverfolgung des Onboardingprozesses
  • Erstellung von Arbeitszeugnissen
  • Übernahme administrativer Tätigkeiten wie z. B. Bescheinigungen, A1-Unterlagen und Glückwunschschreiben
  • Erfassung, Pflege und Aktualisierung von Personaldaten in unseren HR-Systemen
  • Mitarbeit bei kleineren HR-Projekten
  • Unterstützung des HR-Operations-Teams im täglichen operativen Geschäft

### Dein Profil

  • Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt HR
  • Interesse an personalwirtschaftlichen Themen und ersten Einblicken in den HR-Bereich
  • Begeisterung für Digitalisierung sowie Interesse am Umgang mit KI-Anwendungen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, insbesondere Word und PowerPoint
  • Selbstständige, sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team sowie Motivation, Prozesse aktiv mitzugestalten
