Das erwartet Sie

Für den Themenbereich HR Marketing / Social Media der K+S Aktiengesellschaft am Standort Kassel bieten wir ab dem 01.12.2026 für 3 Monate ein Praktikum an. Je nach Studienordnung als Pflicht- oder freiwilliges Praktikum. Sie werden folgende Aufgaben übernehmen:

  • Erstellen von eigenen Beiträgen für unsere Social-Media-Kanäle (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Website etc.)
  • Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Hochschulmessen
  • Mitgestaltung der Themen im Ausbildungsmarketing
  • Mitarbeit in strategischen Projekten des Personalmarketings und des Employer Brandings
  • Recherche zu aktuellen Trends im Personalmarketing und Aufbereitung von Zielgruppen-, Arbeitsmarkt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Immatrikulierte:r Student:in im Studiengang BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Kommunikationswissenschaften, Marketing, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder vergleichbarer Studiengang
  • Pflichtpraktikum im Rahmen Ihres Studiums oder ein freiwilliges Praktikum über 3 Monate
  • Interesse an Personalmarketing-Themen, insbesondere Social-Media
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Kreativität
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office Produkten
