Während deines Praktikums unterstützt du unser Finance-Team und erhältst umfassende Einblicke in den Bereich Order-to-Cash (O2C) sowie in aktuelle Digitalisierungs- und Transformationsprojekte.
Woran du mit uns arbeitest:
- Unterstützung des Corporate Process Owners O2C bei der Konzeption und Erstellung von Schulungsmaterialien, Prozessdokumentationen und Arbeitsanweisungen – unter Einsatz moderner KI-Tools
- Übernahme kleinerer Teilprojekte, z. B. Prozessanalysen oder Aktualisierung von Standards
- Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft, etwa bei Monatsabschlussaktivitäten, Auswertungen oder systembezogenen Aufgaben
Das zeichnet dich aus:
- Student:in des Studiengangs Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Finance & Accounting oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Analytisches Verständnis sowie Interesse an Finance-Prozessen und Digitalisierung
- Erste Kenntnisse im Rechnungswesen; SAP-Erfahrung ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Bereitschaft, vor Ort zu arbeiten
- Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
- Offenheit für neue Technologien, insbesondere KI-basierte Tools
