Praxisanleiter ambulanter Bereich / Wohngruppen Pflege in Delitzsch (m/w/d)

Ab sofort – in Teilzeit mit 20h/Woche

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Mitwirkung bei der Einarbeitung neuer Kollegen
  • Anleitung von Nachwuchskräften, Auszubildenden und Praktikanten
  • Förderung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Mitarbeiter
  • Begleitung von Pflegemitarbeiter/innen über Pflegevisiten
  • ohne Pflege

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Altenpflege oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
  • Weiterbildung zum Praxisanleiter/in
  • Liebe zum Beruf, Geduld, Empathie und pädagogisches Geschick
  • Fähigkeit Wissen und komplexe Vorgänge anschaulich zu vermitteln
  • Übernahme von Verantwortung,
  • Selbstvertrauen, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Identifikation mit den Aufgaben und dem Unternehmen
