Im Auftrag eines modernen Seniorenheims nahe Saarbrücken suchen wir einen engagierten und erfahrenen Praxisanleiter (m/w/d) zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt. Sie werden von pflegerischen Tätigkeiten freigestellt und konzentrieren sich ausschließlich auf die fachliche Anleitung und Betreuung der Auszubildenden.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Anleitung und Betreuung von Praktikanten und Auszubildenden
  • Schaffung eines motivierenden Lernumfelds durch strukturierte Aufgaben
  • Qualitätssicherung pflegerischer Standards und Mitarbeit bei Hygienekonzepten
  • Dokumentation und regelmäßige Rückmeldung zum Lernfortschritt
  • Teilnahme an Team- und Fallbesprechungen sowie Weiterbildungen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Altenpflege oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege
  • Weiterbildung zur Praxisanleitung (mind. 200 Stunden)
  • Freude an der Wissensvermittlung und Begleitung junger Menschen
  • Teamorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein im Pflegealltag
