Im Auftrag einer Senioreneinrichtung in Dresden suchen wir eine engagierte Praxisanleiterin / einen Praxisanleiter (m/w/d) zur unbefristeten Festanstellung.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Praxisanleitung von Auszubildenden und neuen Mitarbeitenden
  • Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Anleitungseinheiten
  • Unterstützung des Pflegeteams im beruflichen Alltag
  • Umsetzung und Sicherstellung der Qualitätsstandards
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Kooperationspartnern und Pflegeschulen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft
  • Zusatzqualifikation zur/zum Praxisanleiter/in
  • Pädagogisches Geschick und Freude an der Weitergabe von Wissen
  • Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Kommunikationsstärke
