#### Deine Aufgaben

  • Anleitung, Begleitung und Förderung unserer Auszubildenden in der Pflege
  • Planung und Durchführung strukturierter Anleitungseinheiten
  • Dokumentation der Ausbildungsprozesse und Leistungsnachweise
  • Unterstützung bei der Einarbeitung neuer Kolleginnen und Kollegen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Pflegeschulen und Kooperationspartnern
  • Sicherstellung einer qualitativ hochwertigen praktischen Ausbildung

#### Das wünschen wir uns von dir

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft
  • (z. B. Altenpflegerin, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin oder Kinderkrankenpfleger\*in)
  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum/zur Praxisanleiter\*in (mind. 300 Stunden nach PflAPrV)
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen und am Weitergeben von Wissen
  • Pädagogisches Geschick, Einfühlungsvermögen und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Teamgeist, Organisationsfähigkeit und Eigeninitiative
  • Führerschein Klasse B wünschenswert
  • Bereitschaft zur Fort- und Weiterbildung
