  • Deine Aufgabenbereiche
  • ✓ Als Praxisanleitung bist Du für die Organisation und Sicherstellung der Pflegeausbildung zuständig.
  • ✓ Du planst, koordinierst, beurteilst und dokumentierst den Ausbildungsprozess der Azubis entsprechend ihres Ausbildungslevels.
  • ✓ Du trägst somit die Hauptverantwortung für die Sicherstellung einer guten Pflegeausbildung in unserer Einrichtung.
  • ✓ Begleitung von Pflegemitarbeitern im Rahmen von Coachingeinheiten.
  • Was Du mitbringst
  • ✓ Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft.
  • ✓ Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als Praxisanleiter/in.
  • ✓ Kennnisse der Inhalte der generalistischen Pflegeausbildung.
  • ✓ Selbstvertrauen und Durchsetzungsgeschick.
  • ✓ Fähigkeit, komplexe Vorgänge anschaulich zu vermitteln.
  • ✓ Freude an offener Kommunikation im Team.
  • ✓ Der wertschätzende Umgang mit Auszubildenden ist für Dich die Basis.
