Mit dem großen ambulanten Pflegedienst inklusive der Pflege- und Hauswirtschaftsabteilung, der ambulant betreuten Wohngemeinschaft und unserer Tagespflege bieten wir ein breites Portfolio ambulanter Altenhilfe an.

Zum nächstmöglichen Termin suchen wir für eine Teilzeitbeschäftigung eine/n

### Praxisanleiter (w/m/d)

  • Deine Aufgaben
  • Anleitung des Auszubildenden/Praktikanten im Bereich der Unterstützung der kurativen und rehabilitativen Pflege und der Betreuung.
  • Anleitung des Auszubildenden/Praktikanten beim Beobachten, Erkennen und Beurteilen des Zustandes und der Veränderungen im Verhalten und des Gesundheitszustandes der Kunden, deren bedarfsgerechte Anpassung an den Maßnahmenplan sowie dessen Umsetzung.
  • Versorgung unserer Kunden in der ambulanten Pflege
  • Das bringst du mit
  • Freude an der Kommunikation und Einfühlungsvermögen
  • Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft
  • Weiterbildung Praxisanleiter/in
  • Selbstständiges gewissenhaftes Arbeiten und Organisationsfähigkeit
