Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Begleitung und Anleitung von Auszubildenden in der Pflegepraxis
  • Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter
  • Verantwortlichkeit für die Planung, Durchführung, Dokumentation
  • Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung des Ausbildungskonzepts
  • Beteiligung an Qualitätszirkeln

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Altenpflege oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege
  • Anerkannte Weiterbildung zur Praxisanleitung
  • Kenntnisse der Inhalte der Generalistischen Pflegeausbildung
  • Selbstvertrauen und Durchsetzungsgeschick
