Im Auftrag einer Senioreneinrichtung in Wandlitz suchen wir eine engagierte Praxisanleiterin / einen Praxisanleiter (m/w/d) zur unbefristeten Festanstellung.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • \* Freistellung für Praxisanleitung von Auszubildenden und neuen Mitarbeitenden
  • \* Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Anleitungseinheiten
  • \* Unterstützung des Pflegeteams im beruflichen Alltag
  • \* Umsetzung und Sicherstellung der Qualitätsstandards
  • \* Zusammenarbeit mit Kooperationspartnern und Pflegeschulen

Ihr Profil

  • \* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft
  • \* Zusatzqualifikation zur/zum Praxisanleiter/in
  • \* Pädagogisches Geschick und Freude an der Weitergabe von Wissen
  • \* Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Kommunikationsstärke

  • \* Arbeitszeit: 30–39 Stunden pro Woche
  • \* Vergütung nach Tarif – bis zu 4.500 € (je nach Qualifikation & Wochenstunden)
