  • Unterstützung und Begleitung unserer Auszubildenden in der praktischen Ausbildung
  • Weiterentwicklung unseres Ausbildungskonzepts

Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege bzw. Altenpflege
  • Weiterbildung als Praxisanleitung
  • Freude an der Begleitung von Auszubildenden
  • selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Verantwortung
  • Einfühlungsvermögen, Ruhe, Empathie und Zuverlässigkeit
  • positive Grundeinstellung zu den Werten und Zielen eines christlichen Trägers
