Das Haus am Rebenhang in Winningen sucht ab Oktober 2026 eine Praxisanleitung in der Pflege .

Unser kleines Seniorenzentrum (42 vollstationäre Plätze mit Kurzzeitpflege und Tagespflege) liegt am Rande der Weinberge in herrlicher Umgebung in Winningen an der Mosel.

### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung und Begleitung unserer Auszubildenden in der praktischen Ausbildung
  • Weiterentwicklung unseres Ausbildungskonzepts

### Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege, bzw. Altenpflege
  • Weiterbildung zur Praxisanleitung
  • Freude an der Begleitung von Auszubildenden
  • selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Verantwortung
  • Einfühlungsvermögen, Ruhe, Empathie und Zuverlässigkeit
