  • Wir stellen eine zweite Praxisanleitung (m/w/d) ein, die zusammen mit unserer bestehenden Praxisanleiterin unseren Azubiwohnbereich und die Ausbildungsqualität weiterentwickelt.

Aufgaben

  • Anleitung, Schulung und Unterstützung unserer Auszubildenden
  • Entwicklung von Ausbildungskonzepten
  • Einarbeitung neuer Kollegen
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung von Pflegeprozessen
  • Organisation von Teammeetings
  • Ansprechpartner/in für Schulen und Kooperationspartner
  • Profil
  • Abgeschlossene 3-jährige Ausbildung als examinierte Pflegefachkraft, Altenpfleger, Krankenschwester, Krankenpfleger oder ähnlich
  • Weiterbildung zur Praxisanleitung
  • Erfahrung in der Anleitung und Begleitung von Pflegekräften
  • Fähigkeit zur Organisation und Koordination von Schulungsmaßnahmen
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
