Für unser Seniorenwohn- und Pflegezentrum Haus St. Martin in Iserlohn-Hennen suchen wir ab sofort eine Praxisanleitung (m/w/d) Das Internationale Bildungs- und Sozialwerk ist ein Unternehmen, welches sich in der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe, der Eingliederungshilfe, der Altenhilfe sowie der beruflichen und schulischen Bildung engagiert.

Wir betreiben mehr als 35 verschiedene stationäre, ambulante sowie schulische Einrichtungen in fünf Bundesländern. Derzeit sorgen über 1.600 Mitarbeiter täglich für das Wohl der vielen verschiedenen uns anvertrauten Menschen. Unsere Seniorenwohn- und Pflegezentren bieten alle Möglichkeiten für ein selbst bestimmtes und erfülltes Leben im Alter und in der Gesellschaft. Komfortable Wohneinrichtungen und eine abwechslungsreiche Tagesstruktur garantieren eine gelungene und individuelle Lebensführung in Würde und Geborgenheit.

Wir erwarten:

  • Betreuung und Ausbildung von Auszubildenden und Praktikanten
  • Planung und Durchführung von Ausbildungsmaßnahmen
  • Bewertung und Feedback zur Leistung der Auszubildenden und Praktikanten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen und Teams
  • Mitarbeit in der Pflege in ausbildungsfreien Zeiten
