  • die berufspädagogische Zusatzqualifikation zur Praxisanleitung sowie die seitdem erworbenen kontinuierlichen, jährlichen Pflichtfortbildungen
  • die Fähigkeit, Azubis zu begeistern und zu fördern
  • Methoden des Selbstlernens zu vermitteln
  • hohe Kommunikationsstärke, Geduld und Empathie
  • interkulturelle Kompetenz
