Ihre Aufgabe:

  • Ansprechpartner/in und Ausbildungsbegleiter/in für unsere Auszubildenden und FSJ'ler in der Pflege
  • Planung der Praxisanleitung mit individuellen Leistungszielen im Rahmen der schulischen Ausbildung und Organisation der gesetzlich geforderten strukturellen praktischen Anleitung
  • Vorbereitung der Auszubildenden auf Praxisbesuche und Prüfungen, sowie Unterstützung bei Ausarbeitungen und der Organisation von Außeneinsätzen
  • Ansprechpartner/in für die Altenpflegeschulen, regelmäßige Teilnahme an Praxisanleitertreffen und Austausch mit den Lehrkräften
  • Ansprechpartner/in für die Pflegeteams und externen Kooperationspartner
  • Unterstützung beim Auswahlprozess der Auszubildenden
  • Organisation von regelmäßigen internen Austauschtreffen für die Auszubildenden
  • Sie bringen ihre Ideen ein und entwickeln unsere Ausbildungsqualität aktiv weiter

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Altenpflege oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege
  • Weiterbildung zur Praxisanleitung (mind. 300 Stunden) oder die Motivation, diese zu absolvieren
  • Freude daran, Wissen zu teilen und Menschen zu fördern
  • Empathie, Teamgeist und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Organisationsfähigkeit
