  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als examinierte Pflegefachkraft
  • Weiterbildung zur Praxisanleitung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Anleitung und Begleitung von Pflegekräften
  • Fähigkeit zur Organisation und Koordination von Schulungsmaßnahmen
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
