Praxisanleitung (m/w/d)

## Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie begleiten Auszubildende professionell und fördern ihre fachliche Entwicklung.
  • Sie planen Anleitungen, erstellen Lernziele und reflektieren Fortschritte.
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit Schulen, PDL und Team zusammen.
  • Sie vermitteln Pflegekompetenz, Haltung und Werte.
  • Sie dokumentieren Anleitungen und sichern Ausbildungsqualität.

## Ihr Profil:

  • Examinierte Pflegefachkraft mit Zusatzqualifikation Praxisanleitung.
  • Pädagogisches Geschick, Geduld und Freude am Anleiten.
  • Kommunikationsstärke und empathische Haltung.
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Dokumentationssicherheit.
  • Teamorientierung und Begeisterung für Ausbildung.
