Stellenbeschreibung:

Für eine psychiatrische Praxis in Itzehoe wird eine zuverlässige Unterstützung im Praxisalltag gesucht. Zu den Aufgaben gehören insbesondere der Empfang von Patientinnen und Patienten, Terminvergabe, Telefonmanagement, Bearbeitung von E-Mails sowie das Schreiben von Berichten (z. B. kurze medizinische Dokumentationen).

Anforderungen:

Erfahrung im Praxisalltag oder im medizinischen Bereich von Vorteil (keine abgeschlossene MFA-Ausbildung zwingend erforderlich)

Auch geeignete Bewerber\*innen im Rentenalter sind willkommen

Sicherer Umgang mit der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift (insbesondere für das Schreiben von Berichten)

Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

Freundlicher und professioneller Umgang mit Patienten

Belastbarkeit und Zuverlässigkeit

Beschäftigungsart:

Sozialversicherungspflichtige Teilzeitstelle

(kein Minijob)

Vergütung:

Vergütung nach Tarif (MFA-Tarifvertrag), in der Regel mit übertariflicher Bezahlung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung

Arbeitszeitmodell:

Ein fester Arbeitstag pro Woche (ca. 9–10 Stunden)

Beginn:

Ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung
