Wir sind eine hausärztlich internistische Landarztpraxis mit breitem Leistungsspektrum und suchen für unsere Praxis in Schöntal-Oberkessach zur Unterstützung unseres Teams eine(n) Praxishelfer/in in Teilzeit, gerne auch Quereinsteiger/in.

Ihre Aufgaben (je nach Qualifikation):

  • Patienten empfangen und ins Behandlungszimmer begleiten
  • Behandlungszimmer und Untersuchungsplätze vorbereiten und nachbereiten
  • Patientinnen und Patienten bei Untersuchungen betreuen
  • Nach Einarbeitung und bei entsprechender Eignung: technische Vorbereitung und Durchführung standardisierter Untersuchungen
  • Messwerte und Untersuchungsergebnisse nach Vorgabe dokumentieren
  • Untersuchungsgeräte reinigen und für den nächsten Einsatz vorbereiten
  • Unterstützung der Ärzte und der MFA bei anfallenden Assistenzaufgaben im Praxisalltag

Das bringen Sie idealerweise mit (je nach Qualifikation):

  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und ein freundliches, zugewandtes Auftreten
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Sorgfalt und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für die Verständigung mit unseren Patientinnen und Patienten sowie zur Dokumentation
  • grundlegende PC-Kenntnisse und Bereitschaft, sich in unsere Praxissoftware einzuarbeiten
  • Lernbereitschaft und Interesse an medizinischen Abläufen
  • Medizinische Vorkenntnisse oder Erfahrung mit Praxissoftware sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
