Praxismanager/in (m/w/d)

Ihr Profil

  • Sie bringen Berufserfahrung aus dem Bereich Augenheilkunde mit.
  • Idealerweise haben Sie eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Gesundheitswesen (z. B. MFA) mit Zusatzqualifikation im Praxismanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Sie verfügen über Organisationsgeschick, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Kommunikationsstärke.
  • Der Umgang mit Patienten ist für Sie ebenso selbstverständlich wie ein strukturierter Praxisablauf.
  • Sie haben ein sicheres, freundliches Auftreten sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Sie arbeiten zuverlässig, sorgfältig und bringen ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein mit.
  • Teamarbeit liegt Ihnen – genauso wie der Blick für effiziente Prozesse und ein harmonisches Miteinander.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Leitung und Organisation des Praxisalltags in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem ärztlichen Team.
  • Koordination von Sprechstunden, Behandlungsabläufen und OP-Tagen.
  • Optimierung interner Abläufe und Qualitätssicherung.
  • Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben wie Abrechnung, QM und Terminmanagement.
  • Ansprechperson für Patienten, Mitarbeitende und externe Partner.
